I have a $10 bill series 2006 that has the serial number 00014553. The second five is higher than the rest of the numbers. I would probably grade it as fine-very fine. What do you guys think? What is it worth?

The degree of misalignment will help determine if it is an error. I think it has to be 25% off to classify as an error.

A picture is absolutely necessary to help with this.

No to the serial number in itself. Will have to see an image to give final thoughts.
