Found this in my tokens and coins I was looking through. Curious on what it exactly is and possibly worth? Or is it actually rare?

Just found this out:
Jean Jacques Barre, August 3, 1793 - June 10, 1855, progressed rapidly in renown as a medallist and engraver, and in 1848, Louis Phillippe named him "Graveur General" at the Paris Mint. Barre was entrusted not only with executing all French coinage but currency as well. Your medal was produced in 1842 as a tribute to the Army of the Duke of Orleans (Louis Phillippe).
