It seems with the Mint, you have to order 10,000 sets to get ahead of the line.

Quote: I just heard that PCGS cut off date is 7/19/2013 and now delivery is a long way away Wow Holllywood. Coincidence or what, but all 3 orders I placed (2 within 2 hours, 1 later when the site was up around 5PM 5/9)are now scheduled to ship 7/19. PCGS must have some access to info on orders placed. I'm guessing by the order number. 7/19 implies to me that it started on 6/19. Is that when Silvertowne got the first bulk delivery?

Thanks wif99, I couldn't remember how to navigate to the West Point page on PCGS. Found it, and it doesn't look like anyone will be denied as long as the original mint box is unopened. " •Submit coins in the original unopened, sealed Mint packaging for First Strike Designation. •Select either Standard or Secure service type (if utilizing Secure, coins are not eligible for the Standard First Strike label or West Point label). Quote: PCGS must have some access to info on orders placed. I would imagine that they have some sort of contact at the mint or someone whose on friendly terms with them who gives them a heads up if delays are happening so they can adjust things like that. If not the mint definitely dealers or something like that. I would be shocked if they were in the dark just guessing like everyone else, same with NGC
