Don't forget last week he sold a 1955 no shoulder fold cent for over 200 dollars and it did not have the capital I in dei. He also was trying to sell a 1966 small beads dollar that was a large beads. I emailed him to give him the heads up and he was not very polite to say the least.

Not worried about no returns if it wasn't as advertised. Paypal has protection on these things, fro the sound of it I think its about 50/50 at this point lol.

Blunt. I am sure of it. If you buy this coinyou will be unhappy with it. If he doesn't accept returns, the you are going to go through a big hassle getting your money back. Not worth the trouble imo.

Did you contact the seller or you going through paypal?

The real unfortunate thing here is that the seller is getting away with this fairly frequently based on previous posts. This is the sort of thing new collectors can get sucked into and it is not what we want for our wonderful hobby. Especially when people realize they have been burned, early on it would've probably stopped me from continuing.

I contacted the seller. His first reply was that I was wrong and the coin had a pointed 5. I emailed him pictures of the coin I RECEIVED and pictures of a real pointed 5. He then responded.....Send the coin back and I will refund you. After my first email to him he ended his "buy it now" auction. But he still has an auction running for the same coin?
