The plastic on the reverse is a bit dirty, so you might like to take that into account. (Sorry if the pics are not of great quality, I don't usually buy/photo proof coins). Scropper CCF Sponsor United States 702 Posts	Posted 06/01/2013 11:52 am Without more clarity and the ability to determine what marks are on the plastic and which are on the coin, the only thing I feel comfortable discerning is it's an ultra-cameo proof.
