Slow day, one minor clashed obverse and this. Penny rim size appears equal, but note double rim in area of weak wheat. Possible minor angled strike?

It might be a very minor Struck Through Grease error? That could prevent the devices in that area from being affected. It doesn't appear to be a die polishing as there is no other evidence of the happening.
