I generally keep only 63 or nicer coins... Each roll has 23 coins (maxed out to maximize storage efficiency) so you can do the math as to how many coins are there. The bagged ones are unprocessed, about 200 per bag. Slightly more. I will probably toss about 10% of those and keep the rest.

Then I found another bag with about 100 unprocessed... Knew I had more, lol.

Then one last picture with all of my BU's (In tubes), higher grade stuff + proofs (stacked), and all of my T2's (loose).

I've got Ike envy.

I have a little over half of what you have and thought it was a "colossal" hoard. I'm not worthy.

A mod needs to change the title to LARGE! Otherwise it is very deceiving

Sweet stash you have!

Yeah taking it's place among other great Oxymorons... "Small Hoard" = Jumbo Shrimp = Deafening Silence = Irregular Pattern = Working Vacation = Peacekeeper Missile = Pretty Ugly...

A large hoard to me would be one of at least 5k Ikes. I mean, 2k Ikes isn't insignificant, and I wouldn't throw the word hoard around for a grouping of several hundred.

As for what I'm gonna do with them, I would hope to start selling some of them in the near future... or I might just say screw it and hold onto them for the foreseeable future and see if I can't find at least $10k to put aside over the next few years.

I think some of us would like to buy some. Do they have scratches and bag marks? Also do you have every year? Also the mint marks, P and D.
(No silver I mean)

Wow- that is one awesome stash! I've got almost 600 Ike's, but I'll never get tired of adding more. The Ike dollar is the one and only coin that I will hoard.

I have $500 in minty minty 1976 Type 2 Ikes (except the edges are dark from being stored in the original paper wraps) that a teller at one of my dump banks asked me if I wanted. They have been sitting for the last 8 months. I think I need to put them on ebay where they seem to be selling for $35 a roll.
