The links broken but I see whatr you were looking at. Its a brockage - its where the previous coin is stuck to the die after striking. The next planchet goes in and gets struck - the previous coin creates the indent.
If you don't mind an Alexandrian Nero I know of a couple places where they aren't too expensive. They aren't the best quality either but you can definitely tell it his him.
