1965 Dime Misprint *updated Pics*

Hello,

I just found this odd dime, and since I don't know anything about currency I figured I'd scour the net and seek advice. I know it's not silver, however it seems to have some sort of odd misprint. If you can tell by the picture, there's a weird crease near the top and the word STATE or STATES seems to be imprinted on top of the head of the figure in the coin. Anyone have any idea about this?


Edit- I just noticed the back of the coin is odd too when I compare it to photos of other 1965 dimes. Definitely seems to be minted(is that the correct term?) incorrectly.
