A bit impossible to answer. I have a ton of wheats that are worth about 1.6 cents and some that are worth $100 each. And some I don't own worth far more. Best bet is to sort through them and see what dates you have, condition etc. You could sell as an unsearched lot but you'll likely leave money on the table. See what you have is the best advice I can give.

I would suggest separating them all by date and mint, then go to http://www.pcgs.com/prices/default.aspxand check to see if you have anything of value. if you are uncertain about grading just look at average circulated prices (F12). if you have anything worth $10 or more, you can post pics on the U.S. Modern Coin Grading forum to get a more accurate grade for pricing. look specifically for any before 1920 with a mint mark, 1924D, 1926S & 1931S. Your average Wheat cent is worth around Three Cents simply because of copper. Anything from 1909 to 1931s is going to hold a greater value, and your steel cents will be worth a bit more than your standard Wheaties.
