Welcome! These aren't spade guineas, but early 19th century gaming tokens made in the Birmingham area. Notice the one on the lower left, that reads "Charles Peverelle, maker, Bir."? Many appear here on the forum; will try to post links to the threads. They are collectible in their own right, but I'm not up on the values.

No. Guineas are gold. Gaming tokens are brass, sometimes gold plated. They have collector value, depending on condition and scarcity.

These appear rather worn, so in the UK they would make £5-£15 each unless any are particularly unusual. Perhaps $10-$20?

Gold guineas would be .. $100 .. to several times that. Each.

There are thousands and thousands of these which are in perfect nick and they also come from the ground regularly, so unfortunately they arent worth much.

On a good day, somewhere like ebay, yes. But on a poor day you might not get $10 for the lot I'm afraid.
