Bought this worn 1757 Halfpenny online from Slovania a month ago..just arrived in mail(real snail mail!)...curious if this may be a forgery...weighs approx 9.11 grams(140.59 Grains), measures approx 29.367 mm in diameter, about 1.59 mm thick...date may be something other than 1757..1753 seems possible, maybe they added a line to try and make it a 53, or, it could be a clash line that fools me.....who knows..these coins have lots of repair work to dies over time...
Notice the large die crack reverse...
Opinions always welcome!

No die crack there..thats a coin crack!

It looks to be a badly cleaned example dug from very acidic soil.

Its a 1753 regal issue with a lamination planchet fissure on the reverse. The weight is typical for a worn regal 1/2d.

Not a counterfeit.
