I would like to know if CCF has an ombudsman, someone independent, someone who can listen something I would like to say.

If you have an issue with some aspect of CCF's operation, email admin@coincommunity.com. Keep in mind, this is a privately-owned site, not subject to any outside regulation. It exists and is run solely by the will of the owners, effectively private property which the membership is being allowed to use. So, an "ombudsman" isn't applicable.

Obviously, a reasonable complaint or comment will receive a reasonable answer - we're not here to drive people away - but the site is answerable to only the broadest set of Internet use regulations.
