Hey, what's up with this 1999 penny. There are 3 parallel lines running from the maple leaf to the last 9 in the date. Is this the same type of error that created the 1962 harp cent? I have 18 of these with the exact same lines.

I found these while going through rolls of circulated pennies back in 2001-2004. I have not found many since then. Thought it was a die clash at first but it doesn't match the obverse design.....?
