While looking through some quarters, I found this 1998-P with a pretty good sized "mound" above the arrow tips on the reverse. The raised element looks like a leaf or snakes head in shape. Is this a large die dent or what? Thanks all!

It doesn't look like a "bleb" (die erosion pit), so I'd have to go with die dent.
