Despite my mistake I made with the 1891"MS66" from my previous post ...I though I would share with everyone a deal I made a few weeks ago with 2 Items have attached both Obverse and Reverse photos of the actual Items, I will not say what I paid for the Items just yet because I would like every ones opinion on what you would pay for both of the items together.

This will be kinda fun.......After I get several replies I will share with you on what I paid ...no matter what your opinion is..If I have to be embarrassed about the price I paid or not..I will be honest. ( but I think I did good )

First Item is a 1924 Saint-Gaudens, not graded but in descent shape.

Second Item is a 1934 500.00 Bill. The bill has some marks on it but over all is in OK shape.

Thnk you all again for your opinion on my PCGA 1891 Dollar...I know now to be weary of that.

Then I'd say it's $750 - $800

And the bill is worth about $700 I believe in that condition but I could be wrong.

I'd pay $670-720 for the Saint. I don't collect currency so I have no idea the value of the bill.

I guess I'd buy a pair like that every day for that price. That's face value for the bill and less than melt for the gold. Good deal. Who sold 'em to you?

These were purchased from a friend (co-worker) of my wifes, she stated they were her husbands...I got very lucky on this deal.

Well, that makes up for the Morgan. You're at least $500 to the good on this deal, and I believe the Double Eagle might be lightly circulated. I'm figuring AU58 for the St. Gaudens and VF25 for the bill.
