The '21-P looks MS to me, probably MS-63. The 1880-O on the other hand is probably a slider. There are a ton of these out there that were supposedly issued out in the day only to return to the mint because of the lack of need or interest..

My gut tells me the 80-O has seen really light circulation and the 21 looks about right at a 63....don't think they are worth a slab.
