I recently found this in my change today, it has a serrated edge, about the size of a 50 cent, and is non magnetic. can anyone explain what it is,and why was it issued? thanks.

Souvenir token, sold at the Mint boutiques since 2004. They have different reverses depending on the year.

Mintage unknown.

I am still running after the 2010 ...
