I have another Canadian dime. Please excuse my lack of knowledge here, but, I was always under the impression that the back and front of the Canadian coins were the same direction. However, on this 1902 dime, the head in inverted in relation to the back. I don't have other dimes from this era and was wondering if this is an error coin?

Thanks for your help.

Your coin has the correct orientation for the date. All silver coins 1907 and earlier are like this. The change came in 1908 when the coins were struck in Canada, rather than Britain.
