Did ANACS change their holder design or just for the 2012 San Francisco Silver Eagle set?

I think it was just for those, I know I've seen the yellow holders from coins that were graded this year

The shell design has been used for special promotional items since the President dollar series began in 2007. I've seen them on several different series since that time but always coins that were used by companies in sales promotions. I do think the hologram on the reverse may be new though.
