Is there anyone that can take a look at this and tell me anything about it? Is it valuable? is it a rpm or an error? I can't find any listings for an 85 d r.p.m. so I don't know what to think.

Its just that the coin is deteriorating it is not an error or valuable.

After the plating splits, the zinc starts deteriorating. Its a beginning of the end for this coin. Spend it.
