forgot to get the reverse of the coin. by the way I guess it's struck at Denver because it has a mark of D just below the date.

i wanna know if by some way you could tell me its date.

i think it's 1925 but I am not that sure.

It's really hard to tell, but from the picture it's looks like 25 to me.

1925. The curve is wrong for it to be a 3.

My wife tells me I am horrible with dates. Looks like a 1925 to me, so it is probably not.

Not that I want to jump on the bandwagon, but I don't even need that in my hand to tell you that I'm sure it's a '25.

it is a 25 but the letter under the date is not a "d" its an "f" and appears on all buffalos that I have seen. the mint mark is on the reverse on the bottom.

It's a good thing TPatna reads the entire post! He's right, of course, the mint mark on Buffs is on the reverse below the bison, under the "FIVE CENTS"

Well I got to say 25 and yes, the mint mark is on the reverse as stated by others!
