GR58 Bedrock of the Community United States 11951 Posts	Posted 06/24/2013 8:17 pm I have been trying to learn more about ancient coins, but I have been looking at this one for a week ... and still no idea. I am hoping the experts here can tell be if it is real. Also any information to what it is, ruler and age. It seems thick and heavy, is it bronze? Report this Post to the Staff

It's a brass sestertius of caesar Herennius Etruscus, son of emperor Trajan Decius. Here's the type on Wildwinds.
