1966 Washington Quarter Error? - Coin Community Forum

cfuller43 New Member United States 34 Posts	Posted 05/24/2007 2:54 pm Can someone tell me what is going on with this coin? This is my first coin scan attempt, so it's not great. But, I think you can see enough to tell me about the "error" You can see on the left side of the coin some missing lettering, also on the left side,the coin is only about 3/4 the thickness of a normal quarter.
