Which variety is this cent, please ?

What grade is it ?

Please note I've adjusted the colour balance on both sides and given the reverse a different background as the original scans came out too difficult to read.

Maybe get rid of the white and blue and using Picasa3 has been a godsend for me and greatly improved my pics ( I think.. ) ~800x800 pix works quite well here..
