I can say they are beautiful and appear legit to me. I'm no expert on these older notes. A picture of the reverse will help people with your questions. A ballpark figure price is linked below.

The Gold Certificate is probably $75 to $100, but the national note, wow! I checked Track and Price and this type note for this bank has never been reported at auction or ebay. Probably a couple thousand in value

I see 9 auction results listed for the New Berlin note. It is definitely a wild card. As my name suggests, I deal with nationals a lot. It would probably be worth around $400. The gold note probably tops out at $100.

The First National Bank Of New Berlin in New York printed $1,420,740 dollars worth of national currency. Over $1,000,000 face value is a lot of money. However, some types and denominations of currency from this bank could still be rare. This national bank opened in 1863 and stopped printing money in 1912, which equals a 50 year printing period. That is considering a long operation period for a national bank. During its life, The First National Bank Of New Berlin issued 15 different types and denominations of national currency. For the record, The First National Bank Of New Berlin was located in Chenango County. It was assigned charter number 151.
