Chinese 1980 Olympic 30 Yuan Pieforts

I've come across a 1980 Olympic piefort set of 4 medals (winter olympics; speed-skating, biathlon and 2 others) in silver in the 30 yuan denomination.
These items are listed in several books (i.e; Krause) as individual medals, but these 4 are in a red velvet lined box. The box does have english text printed in the inside lid identifying them as pieforts issued by China for the 1980 olympics. However, there is an authenticity card inside from a company named ICC. Then there are the individual small booklets issued by China for each of the 4 pieforts. ICC seems to have been the authorized distributor, and sold most of these coins as sets.

Any piefort/Chinese collectors here have any info? Are the 4 pc. sets in silver have any added value? Rarity?
