And it happened again today. Looks to happen once every 50 to 100 sales which seems about normal for running into someone there's no pleasing. I caught it this time though. Their ebay name is nolan5987 for anyone else that may want to block them.

"it could have been a mistake some people leave feedback in a hurry if they are buying a bunch of things !!"

Hence the true flaw in system, via any stoned/three quarters drunk fool can have all intentions of clicking 5 stars as well as solid verbal feedback, they click to fast and you get ZERO stars across board and its not that hard to do drunk or sober all jokes aside....

I think a simple way to FIX this problem is for the program geeks at ebay to simply put in a-ARE you sure you wanna leave that low ratings feature, forcing you in ESSESNCE to click requesting low feedback TWICE....

A secondary fail safe, no brainer.....

I could not sell bullion on ebay for 3 months over same BS, prob accident as they left zero across board. Had to wait entire quarter to list again, THATS how much that little simple flaw can mess you up....

But I could list in coins, so I simply snuck bars into wrong section, GIVING buyers bucks as well, take that system.....

Id personally like to see them get rid of the rating for shipping if you select one of eBays preset shipping methods and the tracking shows you used the service level you charged for. ebay always says they dont touch feedback because its a matter of opinion, thats fine except theres no opinion about whether or not you shipped the preset service level either you did or didnt.

I usually leave feedback on my iPhone app. There it is quite easy to hit the wrong star number, and sometimes I've done that myself, give lower than I mean, but thankfully I have never hit submit feedback button before rechecking the page. Could just be a honest mistake.

IHPO8S- I also have free shipping on all my items, but the one negative I've ever received came from a new buyer who claimed my shipping was too high! An obvious mistake, and tried to get them to do a feedback revision, but they never responded!

My dad got a neutral feedback from someone that said great item. He had shipped the day before and when we checked the tracking number, the item wasn't anywhere close to being there. We contacted the buyer and they responded that they did it by mistake. They revised it and everything was fine.

Then one time I sold an old jack in the box to someone. I clearly told in the listing that it was old, but it did work and played an older version of the song Pop goes the weasel, and I explained it was an antique and not the same thing as today, so don't buy it to use. A woman bought it and she asked if I could ship it the next day because it was for her husbands birthday in a few days. I did and never heard anything for a while. Then the woman contacts back and says the toy does not work, it does not play the right song and several other things. I asked her to explain more and basically, she thought it was brand new or something even though it was listed as an antique.

She said also that it was too old for her 2 year old grandkids to play with. I thought she was getting it for her husbands birthday. She then said she was giving it to her husband so he could give it to the grandkids or something like this. After a long struggle we told her we would allow her to send it back and everything would be fine. I never heard anything for about a week and then, positive feedback appeared on the page that said "Great shape". She then sent a message and said her grandson tore up the side of it, everything was fine. Seems to me this woman was just wanting to be hard to get along with.

There are several more stories that I could tell, but what it boils down to is there are people just like baseball said, about every 50 sales that can't be pleased. I have even had someone buy something and then say it was a mistake. . I don't know what the deal was with that, but there are people out there like that.
