Looks like Machine Doubling to me

Actually, I not so sure it isn't something else. The notching of the s, the t, the first 9, and the 6 have me intrigued... J-Win is most likely correct, and I don't usually know what I'm talking about, but hopefully the experts will weigh in shortly.

If it is MD it should be one of the collectible ones. I am guessing it is MD though because the doubling is flatter. The date is odd looking and the mm looks filled.

I think MD because the doubling is on both sides of the last 9. It is interesting though. I am not a pro by the way. Wait on some more responses.

The 6 & 9 do appear to match the WDDO-002 but I can't tell about the rest from your pictures. The S in trust looks doubled but also looks machine doubled maybe it is both. Do any of the die markers match up?

Sorry about that. It does look similar to Wexler's WDDO-002 from the link above. Follow that link and look for the die markers.
