Yes its one of the nicer ones for sure, but mintage is still high , 225k mintage instead of 250k is better but still too high, still nice to have a few , I like to give some of the $20 for $20s away for birthdays and Christmas etc, great price for a nice coin.

Does the mintage really mean anything with this set? The first coin in this series was listed at 200k, but the Mint reports suggest 244k. What is going on there?

It really does not mean much now lol , maybe in a hundred years collectors will look back on the series and the ones with the lowest mintage might be worth more then the others I suppose , and I don't know whats up with the wonky mintage figures , I think someone explained it some where but I still really didn't get it lol.

I live in NFLD. Icebergs and whales here are to what baseball and hotdogs are to New Yorkers. I can sell 200 of these, easily.

The design is very good. Also, seems, that the "animal themed" coins have more popularity, then commemorative (Queen) or seasonal (Reindeer). But I think, no meter what, all these coins could be reselled for $30 (with shipping) easily - very affordable Canadian souvenir with silver content. Duty Free at Pearson should consider distributing some of RCM staff instead of many useless "NOT made in Canada" things. Added: Just can't understand - why RCM continuously sends the 20for20 without any option to have external clear sleeve. I understand, that packaging that way saves a space, but at least as an option (for small charge).
