it is a 1976 bicentennial issue USA coin ! no value is not much but it depends what you have it looks like a proof from the images so a proof would be worth 4 dollars in an ms 65, if its a silver proof double that !!

It is difficult to provide an evaluation when you are using a photo ripped from the US Mint website. Without a picture, I can only assume that you have a circulation strike Bicentennial Quarter which is only worth face value.
