So recently I have been buying in dip why many minus the wise just keeps adding bargains. I pushed many cars and vintage toys to low start auctions freeing up a few k and I spotted this lot of rare old pours via Alimco (WHO?)36.5 oz. clanker bar as well as four 10 oz old pour gems via Engelhard, Materion (WHO?), NCM Nevada 10 and R/A 10.4 bar (WHO?) lol....

So three of the five fore mentioned I have never seen and as many know I hunt pretty often and have old pours for a few years now. That does not mean they are WAY valuable via some rare company as that happens sometimes but more often then not these small guys long since lost the battles verses the larger RCM, J&M, Engelhard etc.....

The reason I bought this lot as guy was asking 2100 free ship and I offered 1700 I figured a fair offer via 22 and change per oz. verses the 27 and change they were asking and I didn't expect them to accept but they did....

I have a hard time thinking I will lose in long run with old pours lke that at 22 and change per oz., via a dream price really. I can recall bidding on a rare old pour Academy 36.5 oz bar similar to the one above and I bid like 1500 on it and it sold at like 1700 about a year back lol. So for the same price now I get that type of bar plus FOUR 10 oz bars, could be worse investments out there I figure....

More pics in next post below to come of gold, platinum, palldium, and rest of silver....

That's an amazing haul you've got there, hawk! There's just something cool about those old pour silver bars. I mean, you know each of those bars likely has an interesting story to tell if you can find enough info on the maker. A little gold, a little platinum, and some old Soviet palladium added in just makes everything more interesting. Very nice!

Thanks CW as I recall it was you seems like that mentioned missing pic threads of pm so I decided to post these pics....

Note that one bar in middle far right 10.4 oz that seller had listed as R/A is most likely really a G/A bar or Golden Analytical if mem serves me right....

And that Alimco I noticed after closer inspection of bar is out of Phoenix so Arizona silver.....
