Need help identifying this.After a death in the family, I received some old coins and medals. Not sure what this is, a coin made into a pendant, a medal, jewelry or maybe a reproduction of an old coin?

There's never been a coin that looked anything like this. I assume it's a homemade jewellery piece. You'd have to get it tested to find out if it is real gold or not.
