Ben Pillar of the Community United Kingdom 4208 Posts	Posted 07/03/2013 1:59 pm The anglesey druids arrived - pretty nice. Really heavy package! The pennies are an ounce of copper each. Cleaned em up a bit - the edge lettering looks much clearer when wet. Treated and waxed the one I'm keeping. Anyway, heres the lot: Heres the ones with edge lettering, pretty hard to photograph, I might try again with some distilled water on them: Im liking them all, even the designs I'm not too fussed with! I've not dropped a large amount on any but the only nice one is the Michael Aspey one wihch was mistruck. Ah well, I like them how they are. Report this Post to the Staff

I couldnt find pictures of 1811 tokens though - I'm only aware of the 1812 ones. The Half penny is really nice and the one penny is a nice architectural view. PM sent! Report this Post to the Staff

You can see pictures of it pre-clean here. After I got it I removed some of the white stuff, deionised it and waxed it. Its a dug example which took a hit.
