Nothing strikes me as un-genuine but unless you're getting a great price on it, you might want to look for one with a bit more detail and less environmental damage.

Try comparison shopping on vcoins or ebay.

Moneyer's issue of GN PISO. It is real and worth about $10. Not particularly nice. The moneyer issues are not of the best portrait quality. You might look at the Lyon issues with the 'Altar of Lugdunum' reverse. People in your area of Europe dig them up rather frequently and they have much better portraits.

Yes it's real, but badly over cleaned and worn. Not very valuable, but it's still a coin of the first Roman emperor and 2000 years old.

I WOULD buy this coin, but for no more than the $7 nominated.
To my way of thinking, if there are any shipping costs, they would have to be added to the nett price paid.

Reason (for me) to buy it?
I would then challenge myself to fully identify it, then add it to my 'rat' ancient coin collection.
Fully identified, this coin may double in value.

It would NOT be able to take it's place in my mainstream ancient coin collection, because of it's very poor condition.

There is a similar coin in VCOINS in better condition, but I think that example is overpriced.
In my opinion, that particular piece is what I would regard as a 'semi rat' coin. The piece pictured here is better value for money.

Dutchgulden: Now the challenge has arisen for you to fully identify it for yourself. Go for it!
At least you have the VCOINS reference as a lead - in.
