I see some rotated dies happening here, although slight these coins are proof. Can you get these coins out of the heavy plastic without marking them up? or are they there to stay?

Looks like injection moulding to me. If that is the case the coins are there to stay unless you melt the plastic. Too bad.

The more I look at it the more I think its perfect just the way it is. Canada's 100 birthday, 3 Proof rotations accompanied by the rest of the coins for that celebration year all proof, its worth a Bid I am in.

Some one else got it. But I wouldn't be surprised to see it back on ebay with the rotations pointed out and the price much higher.

There are no 1967 proof coins, the RCM did not yet have the equipment to strike them. The first Canadian proof coins issued were 1973 Montreal Olympic coins.Proof strikes of circulating denominations were not issued 'til 1981.
The coins in the set are prooflike, about one million such sets were produced in '67.Slight die rotations of these coins are quite common and attract no premium.
Someone many years ago, took a set of what are basically bullion value coins, and encased them in plastic to attract a higher price.
If you like a set such as this,go for it,but keep in mind that its value is that of a curiousity only,it does not have, nor ever will have any numismatic value.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
