Very nice, Sort of funny or sad related story regarding company service pins/medals. Wife worked for a Japanese auto parts supplier in the Detroit metro area, every year they gave the employees new company pins. When they Let go about 40 of the older high dollar employees, the only thing the home office was interested in before allowing the employees to leave was they had to turn in the company pin, they had an armed security guard there with the supervisor. And the only thing the employee could take was their coat, car keys. Any personnel items were to be boxed and shipped by the supervisor to the home address.

The pins were shipped back to the home office and would be pinned to a banner in the lobby atrium with the employees name. You think that it was still a feudal work system with surfs!

Finest Car ever built. Bought my first one in 1972 and my most recent, and the only car I've driven for a year and a half...1966 Studebaker Daytona Sport Sedan. This was a 35 year quest...only thirty of this model survive! For-The-Studebaker-Lovers
