Out of 2,000 odd coins in my collection, there is only about 10 of them in screw acrylic capsules.
I use re cycled British Royal Mint ex proof coin capsules of the appropriate size. These capsules are in ex British Royal Mint individual hard metal plush finished coin cases.

It is possible to buy a capsule and hard metal plush finish case combination for as little as $2.
They can be had from broken proof sets, from dealers that will sell them.

It is impossible to store an encapsulated coin as part of my mainstream collection in an album, so they are stored separately in my safe. The separate storage approach is justified by the value of the individual coin.

The capsules are great, I use many of different sizes for my collection. Imaginaire has boxes of 100 for 30$, that is pretty good. Usually that is the cheapest I have seen. If I had some extra cash I would buy a bunch (makes up for the 10$ shipping price).... if you just got one box of 100 for 30$ and then paid the extra 10$ for shipping, that would be 40cents a piece, not as great as 30cents a piece lol, obviously.

The Lighthouse round capsules - you can get them actually everywhere, and the price will not be different much.
The capsules are good and reliable.

What I less like in them - the shape of the sides.
In addition - I didn't see the boxes for those capsules, majority of the boxes fits Air-tite capsules sizes H, I (those relevant for Canadian 38mm 1oz coins or Silver Dollar pattern).

But still, I have many coins encapsulated in them, stored in the wooden boxes with square cells.

I've used these capsules, they work just fine. If you're looking for ways of storing coins in their capsules, they make boxes and trays that hold them. You can find them here: http://colonialacres.com/products.php?cat=452

I've also seen them at plenty of other sellers, including on ebay. I have probably 5 different sizes at home, but the 38mm (SMLs) and 36mm (silver dollars) are the ones I use most.

I use them as well. I like the extended rims for the ease of opening them. Use them in the 12 pocket and 20 pocket album pages depending on the size.
