Good find. There are several different placements for the extra bud. I always check my 60's - 70's for the extra bud.

Thanks guy's...Not many listings for this type of coin. Are they pretty rare?Im not very familiar with canadian coins.I find them in my Lincoln rolls I get from the bank.I found a 1979 double 979 with double leaf and double queens back.Listed it on ebay several times. No one is to interested in those. I might go and list the 1964 EXTRA BUD and see what happen :)

Supply and demand.... if someone wants it, they'll pay for it...

Hello SPP-OTTAWA . I noticed you have a 1957 penny with extra spine . I have found seven so far and am glad to hear some one else has this coin . Any idea to their value . All mine are from a mint roll ?

Mine was a find from a mint roll as well - no idea of value, but I imagine that market is not very large... the 1964 Extra Spine could be used as a benchmark percentage above normal price of trend value.
