I agree, I also think it's a fake. It looks too good and the patina just doesn't look right.

He has a lot of "clean" coins that look very nice.

Before reading any comments, I found that the style looked looked 'off' both for Hadrian and Antoninus Pius.
The crack looks quite genuine for a struck coin.
Therefore, a die struck fake.

If I could have bought it for less than $5, it would have gone into my 'black' collection.

No it means they went 'metric'.
This one gets a high grade "NFG 65"
