I have a $2 roll of 1948 nickles in VF-AU I've had for 50 yrs, Are there any special errors to look for that are worth looking for? Its a scarce date and how are regular 48`s doing?

1948 nickels are low mintage coins, according to Charlton 1,810,789 minted so, they should be worth a premium if anything.

If I hadn't just bought a roll I would be interested. This year is basically impossible to find in circulation.

anything AU would get at least 6.00 a piece if not more... Trend value has them at 12.00
