Found a 2013 White Mountain die break last night and wonder how common these are on the new coins Picture to big to post but break is through the 2 in the date and the two is perfect with this ridge in an angle left to right

I am not sure, but I believe that particular error is actually called a die dent. You may want to wait for the experts to confirm. Cool coin!

Hard to tell...more pics might help...could be a die chip...could be struck through something...don't think its PMD
