The best I can say, given the quality of the scans, is that it's very likely Mint State. The darkness of the fields is a good sign, indicating excellent luster. However, the cheek is dark also, and that could be a sign of wear. Considering the usual weakness of the 1883-O strikes, the cotton bolls and eagle's chest look good, but the relative sharpness of the lower wreath leaves mean I'd expect to see strength everywhere else.
Meaning no offense, the scans just aren't good enough to be conclusive. Grab a piece of glass, maybe a 3x5 picture glass or something, and prop one end with something about the thickness of three quarters. Four or five, if the scanner will keep focus at that sharp of a tilt. Put the coin towards the bottom of the slant thus created, and scan the result, making sure the weight of the scanner door doesn't flatten the tilt.
I think you'll be surprised at the result.
