Tough call on this one. The circulation wear and pixeled images make it hard to tell for sure. Here is one I found a few years ago. Note the "E" on WE

Wow! Thanks for the great example pics coop! So your not too sure on it huh? What ya think about the '1' on mine? I will attempt to take a few more pics and post tomorrow.

Check the areas with the arrows on the images I posted. These are the areas to see what is going on with your coin. Although there are more examples of doubled dies that year, I'm thinking yours is a normal one. Here is an uncirculated example to compare with.

Like I mentioned before, circulation can can round/or wear the devices down. The devices are tapered in shape. When they start to wear down, they start to get larger and largest when they are extremely worn. You can note this on on partial Grease Filled Die coins. But check the 4 in the date. Note how you don't see much of a change on your coin when compared with a doubled die.
