I picked up the $10 Hillegas Gold Certificate and the $10 North Africa Note for 70 bucks.

SO, is this a good deal!? And any appraisals?

To me this could be a so-so deal, maybe a little better but not by much if the $10 gold is mule or not. Maybe the NA note might be a G but probably a Fr just like the $10 gold. The block number for the NA is the common one. Because of the damage I would have passed and waited for at least Fine grades.
