I am thinking this is a Snow #24. The 1 and the O are repunched. It is in nice AU condition. IHC variety experts: Would you agree with this attribution?

There are so many similar varieties for the 1906 IHC and the repunching is so minor that it is difficult to be sure. If you have Snow's attribution guide take a look at S3. It has minor repunching on all 4 numbers in the date that are very difficult to see. However, the diagnostic for this variety is a lower denticle below the '1'. Your coin appears to have that lower denticle. I can't be sure either way though.

Thanks beaglebailey. I know, there are a lot of RPDs for this date. I looked at S3 and I don't think that is my die. The 9 is not repunched at all. But I will check my book again and compare S3 to my coin again. Thanks for your help.

The color looks off to me, as in being cleaned once upon a time. I am looking for a PCGS Attributed Snow variety and they can very pricey, and like mentioned above there are lots of SNow varieties out there.
I would look for a "problem free" example.

OK, you should be able to tell better than me if you have the coin in your hand. I am just going by the photo and some of the repunching is so minor on some of the varieties that it is very difficult to see

Oih82w8,thank you for your comments. The color looks off because of the lighting I used. In hand the coin does not appear to have any evidence of being cleaned. I think my lighting setup washed out the true color.

Quote: The color looks off to me, as in being cleaned once upon a time The minute you think the color is wrong, immediately look at the background. In this case, you can see the yellow cast on what is obviously a black background, proof that everything you're looking at is too yellow. I won't say you can accurately determine the true color from this knowledge, but you can certainly be aware that you're not seeing reality and therefore hedge your bets regarding opinion.

This is a pretty minor RPD and a common date. I wouldn't spend a premium on this variety.

What makes it minor variety? Lack of demand or abundant or what?

Not that this RPD isn't interesting, but collectors usually want the more dramtic ones, so they'll pay extra for those. 1906 is a common year and has at least 38 RPDs, so that cuts into demand too.
