Hi, I wanted to know if this is a Class V DDO/TDO? I see splits, notching, and valleys, but I also see what looks like Mechanical Doubling.Here are some pics of the obverse and the word DEUTSCHES. Thank you for the help!

I agree it's sorta hard to sort out all that's going on, but I see evience of a doubled die too--unsure the class though. Doubled dies can look different, depending on the processes used to make dies, and I'm unfamiliar with Germany's.
