Not in that condition, These are far too nice to be considered as "Scrap" coins

I think you would have a tough time getting more than melt for them though.

Because of their condition, I would keep them anyway, especially if I was a U.S. collector, and the coins with the Denver mint marks. Bonus: they are Sterling .925 silver.
Nevertheless, if you want to let them go, there would be plenty of takers here in the CCF!
