I just got my first CBH, and am having trouble attributing it. Can anyone help with attribution, and some grade/value opinions? Thanks for the help.

Welcome to the CCF!
Fine details, Harshly cleaned. I think O-108.

I agree with amida17 on the attribution. The T/I alignment suggests O-108, 113, or 115. To narrow it down further star 7 touches the cap and RI nearly touch on the reverse so I also came up with O-108 Rarity 3.
