1989 Quarter With No Mint Mark - Coin Community Forum

warbirdsrock New Member United States 6 Posts	Posted 05/29/2007 7:41 pm I'm searching through a collection my father in law just gave me, and there is a card with a quarter in it that has no mint mark, and he wrote on the card "rare."
